As TAVI expands into younger populations, expectations are shifting towards achieving outcomes closer to native valve physiology. This session explores next-generation valve design, including biomimetic approaches aimed at restoring physiological flow dynamics and improving durability.

Through case demonstrations and early clinical data, faculty will discuss haemodynamic performance, challenges in small annuli and implications for long-term outcomes. The discussion will focus on how technological innovation can address current limitations and redefine what is achievable with transcatheter therapies in the future.
